Welcome to the LCA Crossing

This is a place for moments of transition and change.

Some new chapters begin only when we are willing to leave something behind.

Perhaps you are standing at the edge of a decision, a relationship, a role, a season, an old way of coping, or a version of yourself that no longer fits. The Crossing is not about rushing yourself forward. It is a place to pause at the shore and become conscious of what you are choosing.

Here, we look back not to return, but to honour what has been. And we look ahead with care for what might come next.

The Crossing Check-In

A ritual for choosing what you carry forward.

Take a moment to arrive at the shore.

Breathe slowly and imagine yourself standing at the beginning of the pier. There is no need to step into the boat yet.

Then gently ask yourself:

“What transition am I standing in right now?”

“What has this season taught me?”

“What do I want to carry forward with me?”

“What no longer fits the person I am becoming?”

“What am I ready to leave behind with gratitude?”

“What is one conscious choice I want to make before I move forward?”

Write down what comes up.

Perhaps it is a value, a hope, a lesson, resilience, wisdom or love.

You do not have to have every answer. You do not have to know exactly where the water will take you. But you can choose to meet this moment with intention.

Before you leave

Complete this sentence:

As I move forward, I choose to carry…

And, when you are ready:

I am willing to leave behind…

Not from judgement.
But from love.
